Ditanyon Demps a Flint Michigan native developed an interest in fitness in 2000 while on a personal journey for overall good health. Ditanyon discovered he had a knack for training others while helping his college roommate lose over 40lbs. The overwhelming boost of self confidence and energy he saw in his college friend inspired him to help others achieve similar success.

Upon achieving his first certifications in nutrition and physical training he began to develop his own brand of training at Gold’s Gym, and in client’s homes throughout New York City.

His move to California in 2006 brought him to 24 hour fitness in Sherman oaks, California. He has since become a master trainer and helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals. Ditanyon has conducted fitness seminars in Michigan, Arizona, and California, and has worked with people from all walks of life and fitness levels. His client roster includes people from every walk of life, from Hollywood stars and their children, to professional athletes and stay at home moms. His most memorable weight loss clients include Joel bates who lost over 111 lbs and his own mother who has lost over 40lbs and counting.

Ditanyon is currently starting a fitness company that will provide a variety of products and services to help people reach any health and fitness goal. He is currently writing a fitness book that delves into the mental aspects and commitments of fitness. His aspiration is to be able to provide people with as many tools as possible, allowing them to live and reach their highest visions of themselves. Ditanyon is certified with APEX, the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), The American Council on Exercise as a lifestyle and weight management consultant (ACE), and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).

1. Start From The Inside

Over the past 9 years Ditanyon created his own unique approach to fitness and overall wellness and good health. Ditanyon believes quick fixes for fitness never end in lifelong success. He feels each client is special and unique, needing a program designed for your specific needs which lead to lasting results. His program provides a fitness formula for each tailored for the individual designed to pull out their very best. Ditanyon’s first approach involves mental aspect of fitness training. He believes that in order to reach and maintain any fitness goal it must start from the inside. His mental strategy stresses the importance of visualization. “You are who you think you are” thusly, mental belief and preparation is primary. Ditanyon constantly reminds his clients that any fitness goal can be realized if it is desired and sufficiently consistently contemplated. When his client’s are struggling he will ask them “what is it that you want”? and “what are you willing to sacrifice?” The answers to these questions allow him develop their individualized fitness formula and lead them to success.

2. Nutrition is Critical!

Ditanyon’s second step involves nutrition and supplementation. Understanding nutrition is crucial. He provides the proper knowledge of what to eat and when to eat it. This knowledge plus mental preparedness work hand in hand to empower the client to rethink their relationship with food, which helps them to achieve the control necessary to be healthy, lean and strong.

Ditanyon’s last and most exciting approach is through exercise. He feels in order to attain and maintain a fitness goal; exercise must be a daily experience. Ditanyon keeps his clients interested and “on their toes”. Ditanyon’s methods are the most current and cutting edge. His vast experience and personal journey has helped him create a collection of existing and improvised exercises that can be taught to clients at any level of fitness with a variety of physical limitations or with limitless abilities.

3. Always Pushing Beyond Your Limit

Whether it’s through resistance training, boot camp programs, boxing, circuit training, or even running through the hills of California, Ditanyon continues to find personally specific methods designed to push his clients to their limits, surrounding them with varied physical outlets to help them move through plateaus and avoid boredom.
